Night Out

Friday Night.  Daniel had to work at the restaurant.  Maggie was horrified that we might sit at home on a Friday night with nothing to do. So, the kids and I went out for a little night of fun.

 

Started off with dinner out.  These are some pretty cute kids, aren't they?

Mini golf was next.  Tobin's choice of course.  Jolie was the only one that managed a hole in one, but we all had a good time. 

 

Final stop - Krispy Kreme!  Kids request...how could I say no?  Successful Friday night...even by Maggie standards.

SWIM LESSONS ARE BACK!

 

You may recall, that this guy was Terrified of swim lessons last year - completely traumatized.  So we quit, waited a year, switched places, and put him in group lessons...worked like a charm.  Lessons are going "swimmingly" (corny, I know...get it from my dad). 

 

Happy Tobin on the first day of class.  SO different from last time around.

Again, this is week one.  Leaps and bounds better than what he could do before.  I've signed him up for 3 more sessions (12 more weeks), and moved him up a level.  I think we'll have a swimmer for Hawaii!!
