TOBIN'S 1ST TRIP TO THE DENTIST!

 

Don't judge me, since my child should have gone to the dentist a few years ago.  We screwed up the benefits at work before, and finally just got Tobin on our coverage.  So a trip to the dentist was in order, and LONG overdue.  Monday was the day.  Tobin did great!

 

 

 

Tobin isn't so sure about this heavy "bib", and getting X-Rays.  He kept telling me how nervous he was.  I really don't blame him...dentists are Scary!! 

 

 

This is right before the cleaning.  Again, a little bit worried about how this will go down.  But overall, he braved through it like a champ.

 

 

 

You can tell his body is so tense.  Poor dude.

 

 

Spitting out the fluoride treatment into the suction cup thing was great fun.  He must have spit in there like 30 times. 

 

Dentist said X-Rays look great.  All twenty teeth look great, clean and healthy!  Phew!

FUN AT THE AMUSEMENT PARK!

 

Mopsy and Popsy took Tobin to Adventure City - an amusement park for little kids.  Tobin is notorious for being a bit of a scaredy cat with rides, new adventures, and the like, so there was a chance he wouldn't like it at all.  But...

 

 

Here are Tobin and Popsy on Tobin's first rollercoaster ride.  Woo Hoo!!

 

 

 

Mopsy got in on the action too!  Tobin liked riding in the front, and apparently did this ride about 10 times that day.

 

 

 

They had other fun rides too.  Here is Tobin the pilot, taking Mopsy for a flight around the park.  Good times. 

 

Thanks to Mopsy and Popsy for breaking the fear of rides.  Let's hope it sticks.  Next can you work on hair cuts and swim lessons?!?!
